This building recently celebrated its 28th anniversary!

The owner had a long history of servicing the visitors with a Bike rental retail shop and wanted to expandto include 4 vacation rental units as well as her dwelling on the 3rd floor.The project was designed to embrace many of the architectural elements that give Avalon it's distinct character while providing the latest in seismic, energy and building science components. In it's short life, it is widely recognized as a locallandmark.
