This is a prototype for a 1 Bedroom townhouse using 40' shipping containers as the structural frame.

Church + Goeltz Ave. Apartments

This project features the renovation of an historic Salt Lake City church into a community center and building (6) 1- bedroom townhouses made from recycled shipping containers.

Commercial Bldg., Sheridan,WY.

A 1960's roadside commercial building is given a facelift with a new addition and using weathered steel panels, exposed glu-lam beams and aluminum storefront system.

Residence + Apts.-Avalon

An existing residence is renovated and reskinned. On the adjacent and steep property a new 6-unit apartment cascades down the hill offering spectacular views of the bay from interior and exterior living spaces.
